Registration is free, quick and easy and gives you access to your own dashboard from which you can manage your activities on Vendaxo. Lot of cool features of Vendaxo require registration and also for any support from Vendaxo team you need to be registered user first.
Sellers can list their equipment by entering accurate specifications, description, price and uploading high quality pictures. Once you submit the equipment details our team will review it and publish as soon as approved. You can check the status of your listing from the dashboard which will indicated Active, Inactive or Pending status based on the situation.
Buyers can browse the catalogue of listed equipment by either using the search bar on the home page or by drilling down the categories and sub-categories and then filtering and sorting based on the desired choices. If you don’t find any listing matching your need, then you can add a ‘Wanted Equipment’ request on the platform and our team will start looking for it.
Sellers will start receiving offers from many buyers while, buyers can shortlist the listings they like, Request More Information about the listing, Request Value Added Services associated with the listing. Seller and buyer negotiation and communication happens through our automated platform where all the communications / negotiations are assisted by Vendaxo agents.
Buyers once ready to inspect the equipment after being satisfied by the information received about the equipment can ‘Schedule Meeting’ with the seller. Vendaxo also offers several optional Value Added Services and an escrow account to help make a smooth transaction. Vendaxo will keep adding services and features on the platform to improvise the whole transaction experience.
