:POTATO PELLET PLANT PROFILE
1.DRY POWDER FEEDING AND MIXING:
- WEIGHING OF ALL POWDERS TO BE DONE SEPARATELY.
- S/S 304 FEEDING HOPPER
- RIBBON MIXER
- INSPECTION COVER
- STORAGE TANK FOR FEEDING.
- SIFTER TO REMOVE LUMPS, IMPURITIES AND CONVEYING DRY POWDER.
2.DOSING/ MIXING :
- FEEDING HOPPER
- DRY POWDER DOSER : HOPPER WITH TWIN PADDLE MIXER VFD CONTROLLED
DOSING SCREW
- VFD CONTROLLED WATER DOSER. WATER AND DRY POWDER ARE DOSED
STRAIGHT INTO THE MIXER.

AND COOLING STAGES ONLY.
- MS EXTRUSION HEAD WITH STEEL INNER LINING AND TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED

- PROBE TO MEASURE HEAD TEMP AND PRESSURE.

6.SHAKING PRE DRYER:
- PRODUCT IS CONVEYED THROUGH SERIES OF VIBRATING PLANES AND INVESTED
BY A BIG VOLUME OF HOT AIR THAT GRANTS SURFACE DRYING.
- VIBRATING PLANES IN S/S FRAME AND MESH.
- PLANES MOTION ACHIEVED THROUGH ECCENTRIC SHAFT, TRANSMISSION CONNECTING
RODS AND STEEL SPRINGS.
- VENTILATION THROUGH EXHAUST FANS.
- FINNED AND HIGH EFFICIENCY HEATING BATTERIES POSITIONED ON THE SIDES
OF THE MACHINE FOR EASY CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE.

- S/S PRODUCTION DISTRIBUTION CHUTE TO GRANT UNIFORM AND PROPER
SPREADING ON WHOLE WIDTH OF THE CONVEYOR BELT.
8.DRYER:
- COMPOSED OF 3 INDEPENDENT ZONES WHERE IT IS POSSIBLE TO SET THE
FOLLOWING DRYING PARAMETERS IN EACH ZONE:
- 1. INTERNAL TEMPERATURE
- 2. INTERNAL RELATIVE HUMIDITY
- 3. DRYING TIME
- FIRST ZONE RAPIDLY REDUCES THE MOISTURE CONTENT OF THE PRODUCT
- THIS IS ACHIEVED BY SPREADING THE PRODUCT UNIFORMLY IN THE INTERNAL
AREA CHARACTERISED BY HIGH VENTILATION AND HIGH TEMP.
- SECOND ZONE THE MOISTURE IS REDUCED UNIFORMLY AND GRADUALLY BY
MODERATE VENTILATION AND PRESET TEMP. THE MOISTURE SLOWLY MOVES
FROM INSIDE TO OUTSIDE WITHOUT DAMAGING THE STRUCTURE OR SHAPE OF
THE PRODUCT.
- CONVEYING PANELS TO BE MADE OF SS BELT, SUPPORTED BY STEEL STICK AND
DRIVEN BY HIGH TENSILE STEEL RODEN CHAINS.
- S/S CONTAINMENT RIMS
- VENTILATION WITH EXHAUST FANS
- TEMP AND RH MEASURED BY THERMO RESISTANCE AND CAPACITIVE SENSORS.
- LOW CONDUCTIVITY INSULATING PANELS ( LIKE SPD)
- PANEL SEALING GASKETS WITH SILICON PROFILE

14. PULLING CUTTING MACHINE WITH COOLING CONVEYOR
